What happens if I am late?
Each tour starts exactly on time. The group usually leaves the meeting point 5–7 minutes after the scheduled start time.
We strongly recommend arriving a few minutes early to avoid missing the tour.
Are the tours cancelled because of bad weather?
No. Our free walking tours in Copenhagen run in all weather conditions. The guide will adapt the tour if needed and ensure a pleasant experience regardless of the weather.
Should I arrive earlier at the meeting point?
Yes. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before the start time to allow enough time for check-in and group organization.
Is the tour accessible for wheelchairs?

What if I need to leave before the tour ends?
That is not a problem. You are free to leave the tour at any time.
We kindly ask that you inform your guide beforehand, so they do not wait for you at the next stop.
How much should I tip?
The €15 minimum helps cover our guides’ work and the costs of organising and running the tour. We explain it upfront so you know what to expect; if this amount does not work for you, please choose another provider. If you enjoyed the experience, you are welcome to give more.
Do I need to book the tour in advance?
Yes, advance booking is recommended. This helps us manage group sizes and provide the best possible experience with our local guides.
